I received the wrong product because the previous sales team didn't communicate the correct details to the new sales team before production started. They refused to pay for the solution to be sourced from my country, and they promised to provide the solution to be shipped from china. IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS TILL NOW AND I HAVE NOT A SINGLE PROOF (i keep asking for pictures and video and they provided nothing except empty promises one after the other) THAT THEY WILL ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. ofcourse alibaba is no help at all and refuse to intervene past the 60 days ,, KEEP YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY
